A Fly On The Ball partners with a print-on-demand company to reduce leftover inventory waste and streamline the order to delivery process. Using a print-on-demand process means that ALL products are unique and produced the moment you place the order.
As a result, please make sure you check the size chart and verify the size, color, and variation of the product you are ordering BEFORE placing the order. A Fly On The Ball does not support returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color, or because you changed your mind.
We do not have stockpiles of inventory, we don’t even have shelves. We’re fucking flies, merely trying to fold a t-shirt would literally kill us. Have a heart, don’t kill us.
If for some reason you receive a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact A Fly On The Ball with evidence of the problem within 7 days of product delivery to get the balls rolling on a replacement or potential refund. If you wait longer than that, you will be shit out of luck like a fly caught in the fucking rain.
